A Walk for Every Body
Whether you stroll, stride, or rest often, you are welcome here. Wander & Wonder is designed to be a pressure-free, joy-filled experience. There are no step goals, no expectations, and no comparison. You choose your pace, your route (in many cases), and how deeply you engage.
Our group walks will always include shorter and longer route options. Guides will walk at the front, middle, and back to ensure everyone feels supported. This experience is about connection—not competition.
Why Awe?
“The beginning of awe is wonder, and the beginning of wisdom is awe.”
—Abraham Joshua Heschel
Experiencing awe isn't just beautiful—it's powerful. Science shows that awe can:
● Boost emotional well-being
● Reduce stress and overthinking
● Create a greater appreciation for life
● Help us feel more connected to others and the world around us
And nature is one of the best (and most accessible) sources of awe.
Frequently asked questions
“Above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.” —Roald Dahl
Let’s Wander. Let’s Wonder.
Are you ready to experience the beauty of slowing down, tuning in, and rediscovering awe in your own body and the world around you?
